“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
I’ve been meaning to get a youtube video created from this interview and finally found the time. This is my interview with Gonz Shimura on Canary Cry Radio. It is part of their Near Death Experience episode (the other part being an interview with Shawn Weed). This life changing experience is what woke me up to the powers at work behind world events, which resulted in my work with geoengineeringwatch.org and finally this website.
I hope it will bring encouragement and most importantly, HOPE to all!
About this video:
In 2011 I experienced something that would forever alter the way I viewed this world. During brain surgery I found myself wide awake in another dimension and saw what I can only describe as a ‘glimpse of glory’. In that place I was fully known and wholly loved. There was joy unspeakable, peace beyond measure and everlasting/unending life. There was no fear, striving, sorrow or pain. Everything was in God’s all-powerful hands. I saw the fleetingness of our earthly life as nothing more than a blip in time, yet profoundly important.
The internet is full of stories about spiritual experiences, including near death experiences which people have anchored their beliefs and hopes onto. But it all begs the question; Which experience is true? Are they all true? Rationally speaking, they can’t all be true because many of the stories are mutually negating.
If the truth is what we’re after, simply going with what feels right or resonates best with us offers no certainty. Yet that’s the method the majority of people use to form a spiritual belief system today. In their defense, these days of information overload and the demands of daily life leave most people without the time to adequately investigate all the claims that are out there. Consequently, people have learned to rely on the media, their pastors, celebrities or other perceived authorities to do their thinking for them.
I believe that what is true has been revealed to us through the Bible and the life of Jesus Christ. There is no more worthy investment of time than that of studying the scriptures for yourself rather than relying on someone else’s view of them. They will prove themselves true in their continuity, harmony of the gospel accounts and fulfilled prophecy.
Clearly, because of my personal experience, I’m convinced that the NDE’s are a real phenomenon that can’t be explained away as the byproduct of drugs or any other natural cause. I think that most people reporting these experiences are sincere. But I believe that NDE’s need to be looked at with much scrutiny. I often say that if any part of what I report to have seen during my NDE is in conflict with scripture, to go with scripture.
My thanks go out to Gonz Shimura for his professionalism, sensitivity and attention to detail in producing this. God bless you Gonz!
I’m currently working on a book about what I saw and how it changed my life. In it I’m also looking at other NDE’s and what’s possibly behind the conflicting reports of what lies beyond the veil.
Eyes on Jesus! And take heart! He has overcome the world! Jn 16:33
